Who We Are
PassWorth is an independent UK website that publishes break-even calculators for attraction memberships. We do not require accounts, and we do not ask for your name or email to use the tools.
What Data We Collect
- Anonymous analytics events such as page views, calculator use, and affiliate clicks, but only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.
- Standard server and CDN logs that may include IP address, browser type, and referring URL for security and performance.
- No calculator inputs are stored on our servers. Adults, children, visits, and parking choices stay in your browser session.
Cookies
PassWorth does not set any analytics cookies until you actively accept them. On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject optional Google Analytics cookies. If you reject the banner, close it without choosing, or do nothing, no analytics cookies are set. Essential hosting cookies may still be set by our hosting or CDN provider to serve the site securely; these are strictly necessary and not subject to consent under UK PECR rules.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. Rejecting or withdrawing consent never affects whether the calculators work.
If you follow an affiliate link to a provider such as National Trust or English Heritage, that provider's own site will set its own cookies once you land there. Those are governed by the provider's privacy policy, not ours.
Third Parties
We may use Google Analytics for aggregated traffic measurement, and affiliate networks such as Awin or FlexOffers when you follow a purchase link. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data.
Your Rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, if any.
- Request correction or deletion of personal data where applicable.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, where relevant.
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
